About the project
The villa was designed for rent, specially for all kinds of events like weddings, family weekends, birthday parties and so on. That is why the proposal includes a big kitchen-diner, combined with the entrance lobby, with many meeting spots like the dinner table, the bar counter, the large sofa, the couch in the hall, and the ottoman in the balcony. There are three bedrooms with double beds, each with a fold-out armchair, an en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, and a TV. A big bathroom is located at Level 1 — along with an indoor playroom, a catering kitchen, and an exit to the garage.
