About the project (provided by the applicant):
The new complex is designed in the site of an old estate built in the 18th century and once owned by the Boguslavskys. The buildings within the estate were restored and renovated to preserve the local spirit of the old manor. There is a horse stable, an outdoor and an indoor riding halls, and training sites, a medical center, and an animal clinic. Horses can be rented here for a ride walk or a carriage walk, or to take part in competitions. Moreover, there is a hotel with comfortable suites, a restaurant, a sauna, a swimming pool, a movie theater, a billiard room, and a gym. There are also some villas for rent.
