About the project

residential complex comprising 156 flats consists of three separate buildings. Even in the largest one there are only 84 flats. Almost all of them have balconies or terraces. Working on the project, the architects were inspired by the luxurious St. Petersburg apartment buildings of the early 20^th century. The light grey shades of the facades, risalits, bay windows, pitched roof with lucarnes – all these features help to fit the buildings into the historical surroundings.
The complex features an underground parking and a green courtyard. The car-free area is fenced off. The playground is equipped with interactive installations.
