The residential complex is situated within the block bordered by 10th and 11th Krasnoarmeyskaya Streets. It consists of three buildings of varying heights (6 to 8 floors), which form a common courtyard space. A key design objective was to seamlessly integrate the new buildings into the historical fabric of the area. To achieve this, the facades incorporate architectural elements characteristic of the late 19th century, such as ornamental friezes, brackets, bay windows, and dormer windows on sloped roofs. A turret highlights the corner building. The facades are finished with natural stone, with ornamental panels made from architectural concrete, decorative metal, and plaster. The interiors of the common areas echo the building's exterior aesthetic, featuring natural stone, wood, and plaster finishes.
