About the project (provided by the applicant):
A proposal to merge two central libraries in a comfortable open facility for the local citizens. It features innovative fusion of a traditional library and state-of-the-art multimedia technologies. The new library has got everything you might need for comfortable family stay — convenient book shelves, several event rooms, PC stations, places for reading, and a playing laboratory.
Every visitor will find something to do here, as besides reading options the library offers a coworking space and a touch panel with the interactive map of the district.
