About the project
This square-shaped neighborhood is shaped by two P-houses, each of them comprising seven sections of 5 to 7 storeys high. 1st floors feature for-profit premises with high ceilings.
There is a parking lot within the neighborhood, and the house can be accessed from it, from the street, as well as from the courtyard.
The courtyard is designed with children playgrounds and recreation zones. The sports-ground and playgrounds of the kindergarten are designed as far from apartment windows as possible.
The feature of the project is accessible roof with leisure areas for locals.
