BUNKER
Best Project of Private Residence
About the project (provided by the applicant)
BUNKER is a conceptual design for a private residence, developed to create a unique, functional, and aesthetically expressive space harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape. The primary goal was to design a home meeting high standards of comfort, privacy, and contemporary design while maximizing the potential of the plot.
The project includes guest parking, a decorative pool, a rock garden, terraces (by the dining area and on the slope), as well as zones for active and passive recreation: a lawn, fire pit, outdoor tub with shower, shooting range, and slope descent. Elements of landscape design, such as decorative planting pits, an entrance sculpture, and a pond sculpture, contribute to a unique atmosphere.
Materials used for the landscaping include concrete, concrete slabs, composite decking, and shungite gravel, ensuring durability and longevity.
