About the project
The designed facility will comprise office premises, but also it will be used for leisure and entertainment, improving the living environment for different age groups and communities. The construction site is located on the left bank of Penza, which is deemed quite picturesque and attractive. It is not far from the center of the city, which makes it accessible by different kinds of transport. Special focus is on accessibility by the disabled throughout the site. Functionally, the building is divided into two blocks: the heart of the business section is the atrium. The building enclosure stands on the monolith slabs of the underground parking and is made of reinforced concrete columns and slabs.
