Business Park
The business park complex is designed on a dedicated site housing 8 buildings of varying storeys, configurations, and functionality, as well as a two-level underground parking garage for 462 cars. Hereinafter, the buildings are designated as: Block 1, Block 2, Block 3, Block 4, Block 5, Block 6, Block 7, Block 8, and Block 9. The buildings form a unified complex with an inner courtyard. The courtyard is landscaped and designed for recreation by employees (during lunch hours) and visitors, featuring fountains, benches, and green spaces. Access for fire trucks has been organized, providing all buildings with circumferential access for emergency fire equipment.

About the Applicant
Perfect Design Arh LLC has been engaged in architectural and design activities since 2005. The founder of the company is architect Dilnoza Ahmad. Over the years, the company has developed over 300 architectural and design solutions in Uzbekistan, including public, commercial, and residential facilities. Many of the developed projects have been successfully implemented.
