The 130 sq.m. "Bouboulion" cafe is designed in a mid-century modern aesthetic. The interior is built on a combination of white surfaces, natural oak, microcement, stainless steel, and clean-lined furniture.

At the center of the dining area sits the restroom block. Rather than hiding this utility volume, the architects clad it in oak and mirrored panels, wrapping a curved solid oak bench around its perimeter. This turned the block into a functional seating zone, helping maximize the cafe's capacity.

Custom elements developed for the project include a bar counter coated in microcement with a steel countertop, coffee tables featuring concrete terrazzo inserts, and a large "bean-shaped" table with concrete legs and an oak top.

The interior retains the original radiators, repainted in green, while Arne Jacobsen’s Ant chairs and Marcel Breuer’s Cesca chairs were specially sourced from Europe. A historical Soviet-era bas-relief was also preserved in the dining room—it was repainted white, and its pattern was mirrored in the restroom tiling.
