Camo Modern Cookhouse

Camo is conceived as a 10,000 sq ft fine dining RestoBar in Noida, where architecture unfolds through courtyards, thresholds, light and material. Working with the angular geometry of the existing structure, a mirrored volume frames a central court, transforming circulation into a theatrical pause between two distinct dining worlds. One volume is anchored by a monolithic black stone bar, while the other rises beneath a pyramidal stepped ceiling and skylight, its terracotta live kitchen glowing at the centre. Muddy lime clay walls, dark stone, cane and terracotta lend the space an earthy permanence, echoing the fire, smoke and tactility of its tandoor led cuisine. Water, landscape and outdoor seating dissolve the boundary between inside and outside, while a bridge binds the two volumes into one spatial narrative. Camo is shaped not through ornament, but through mass, texture, shadow and procession, creating an immersive retreat that feels both elemental and quietly luxurious.

About the Applicant

Studio Dashline is an architecture and design practice shaped by context, material and atmosphere. The studio approaches each project as an exploration of light, volume and tactility, where architecture is experienced rather than observed. Rooted in restraint and strengthened by narrative, its work moves between permanence and pause, crafting spaces that are deeply contextual, materially expressive and quietly memorable.
