About the project
The building of the plant built in 1904 stands at the site of 10,250 m2. It will be rearranged to become a community house for the locals, where they would meet and attend cultural events – exhibitions, creative workshops etc.
Near this facility, a student campus is designed with the trade, office, administrative, service, financial, touristic, recreation, health, post office, telecom, and academic premises.
The third object here will be the recreation and sports center. The courtyard will become an attraction for the citizens – concerts can be arranged in the amphitheater, sports can be down in the open air, and walkways can be followed for leisure and rehabilitation.
