Category Best Implemented Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project (provided by the applicant) Built at Prechistenka Embankment, this residential development is located near the Christ the Savior Cathedral. The authors wanted their building to organically integrate into the existing context. Their design solutions are state-of-the-art but not aggressive or too flamboyant. This development was designed to get older with dignity. The facades are finished with natural stone, and their smooth contours create the feel of noble and true materiality. An ornament that reminds of the frescos used in temples and royal palaces in the 16th through 17th centuries was specially designed for this proposal.
