About the project
The land is located in the northern area of metropolitan Lima, in a private and emerging space of this city. Between a chaotic and insecure city, the search for a refuge that isolates and functions as an interior micro-environment resembling a cave is generated, generating different atmospheres that combine with an adequate management of light and the fluidity of spaces.
This void, which functions as an articulator, provokes a direct spatial relationship between the environments on the first floor, opening completely, thus generating our concept of a cave, closed on the outside and open on the inside.
The exterior form is formed by cubes, the exposed concrete structure of the first floor works as a base supporting the upper volume, giving the sensation of floating, we seek to be as closed as possible but deploying the necessary openings to provoke the viewer's interest in what is going on inside.

NATIVO PROJECTS, architecture studio located in Peru. Our first objective is to make the dreams of each family come true through architecture, we create different environments in the same space, using simple forms, which reinforces our simple way of seeing the architecture, which in turn tend to become something potentially extraordinary.
