About the project
The design site is located at the eastern slope of the city and has a height difference of 30 m. The centerpiece of the estate is the greenhouse tower that produces energy by wind generators and grows fruit and vegetables for the place all the year round.
Roofs and some of the walls are green, which ensures natural water collection and cooling, and also reduces CO2 atmospheric emission.
