About the project (provided by the applicant)
The site is located near the Manzherok ski resort. The design code and concept are inspired by the culture and nature of the Altai Mountains. Spatial planning solutions are developed to minimize environmental impact and preserve large green areas.
The oval form of the hotel and spa complex smoothly transitions into a floating bridge and promenade. An outdoor water zone is located in the inner courtyard. The spa complex features multi-level outdoor pools.
The hotel and tourist complex is divided into a quiet zone (western part of the site) and an active zone (eastern part). The western area includes townhouses, eco-trails, and modular glamping units. The eastern area contains a sports zone, children’s playgrounds, a stable, a greenhouse, and staff accommodation.
