The CCIC Smart Transportation City Industrial Center is a combination landmark that covers urban parks, squares, open spaces, industrial office centers, commercial and residential areas.
The design takes ecological green as the background and the historical memory of the industrial development of the area as the clue to create a unique and unforgettable «five-layer dream» tour experience: Central Park of 7,000 square meters; Sky Tower of 69,094 square meters of smart transportation industry office area; memorable city plaza of red brick culture; market venue for commercial activities.
The strategic goal is to contribute to the sustainable development aspirations of the municipal authorities by creating a variety of public spaces that can be used all year round to benefit everyone in the city, while creating the latest combination spaces of harmonious city park, industry office and residential area.

Fan Zhou, Senior Engineer, chief architect, chairman director of JZFZ Architectural Design Co., Ltd., China., hired by the Chengdu Planning Bureau as the city -rural planning and design expert and gaining special government allowances in Qingyang District, Chengdu City, in 2014 as the certification second batch of outstanding experts with outstanding contributions. His well-known project Ganghui Tiandi gained great fame as the Category winner in World Architecture Festival 2022, and won the Merit Award on 8TH CREDAWARD.
