About the project
The solutions designed for this building are conditioned by the facilities that are parts of the arts center – the state-of-the-art hi-tech and muti-functional place.
The center comprises a performance hall that seats 550 people, a transforming room for 500 people, a chamber hall for 250 visitors, an organ room, a large conference room, a press room, 1,500 m² of exhibition spaces, 7,000 m² of commercial premises, a hotel for 54 guests, a restaurant for 300 visitors, two cafes capable of 80 people each, bars, winter gardens, and parking zones in the stylobate.
