About the project
A private house for a family of four not far from Simferopol is designed on a hill with a great view of the lake. The height difference at the site is 16 m.
The house will be accessed from the top section of the site, whereas the bedroom floor will be located down the hill. Every bedroom will have an access to the garden, and all the auxiliary premises will be constructed below the ground level.
