About the project
The development features a comfortable residential space with multifunctional premises. It embraced nine 10- to 14-storey buildings, totally counting to 4,800 apartments. Currently, Blocks 2 and 3 of the development have been commissioned.
All the new houses are designed in compliance with modern European standards and have vehicle-free courtyards with recreation sites and children playgrounds. Underground parkings are topped by amphitheaters for local events.
