About the project
COCOCO is located in one of the buildings at the reconstructed premises of the New Holland Isle. The former warehouse with high ceilings overlooks the embankment of the Admiralty Canal.
The designers created a cozy and beautiful interior that complies with the establishment concept and preserves the spirit of the place. Visitors find themselves in a home-like atmosphere, reminiscent of a drawing room in an old apartment of St. Petersburg intelligentsia.
All the elements in the interior were specially selected and have their own history, while some of them received a second life. Among them are the old massive floor boards taken from a dismantled old Russian house of the late 19th century and the lamps above the bar from a Soviet manufactory.
