About the project
The project intends to establish an alternative cemetery that could solve the lack of grounds issue and won’t be an alienation area for people. Traditional cemeteries do not only take more and more lands every year – they are also bad for the nature. Architecture and environment here should help with ease the loss here, and thus the existing environment has to be transformed to ensure the best possible comfort for the visitors.
The building with three outstanding volumes has been designed – the tower of the columbarium, an incinerator, and a café. According to the author, this is what the city really needs.
