About the project (provided by the applicant) The contemporary private house is designed with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and integration with the natural environment. The project combines privacy, rational architectural logic, and harmonious use of terrain and views. The spatial structure includes a living block with a pool, spa area, and summer kitchen.
Layout: the first floor includes a hall, kitchen, living room, office, and master bedroom; the second floor includes an office, bedroom, children’s room, and master bedroom with terrace access. Minimalist facades are made of light natural stone, and panoramic glazing enhances visual connection with the landscape. Energy-efficient engineering systems, daylighting, and natural ventilation are incorporated. Use of durable local materials reduces the carbon footprint. The house combines contemporary design, functionality, and principles of eco-friendly construction, meeting modern demands for comfortable and sustainable living.
