About the project
The factory is located in an industrial sector, and naturally both in terms of style and composition it matches the urban landscape. The most peculiar are the blocks built in the early 20th century. It was decided to save and restore some of them, as well as to rearrange some less valuable ones and demolish the completely outdated warehouses.
The site rearranged into an art cluster could become an attraction point for the youth and a city’s landmark.
