About the project
The main structure of this project is two pure and solid volumes in the form of a hollow cube that are combined together. These rings are an abstract take on the pattern of introverted buildings with a central courtyard, and the empty space in them has the function of an atrium, which is considered a place for employees to rest and renew their strength, in addition to providing fresh air, using natural elements, and a good view. provides for different spaces. Placement of masses in the site is in a way that provides proper view and view in addition to using north and south light. Both hollow volumes are placed on the site in such a way that they are distant from the ground, thus defining an inviting entrance and permeability. The facade of the building on the east and west fronts is designed as two shells, so that the outer shell is flexible and can provide the comfort of users in different climatic conditions.
