The residential complex on 12th Krasnoarmeyskaya Street combines newly constructed buildings (4-8 storeys) with restored historical houses, all arranged around a shared courtyard. The residential buildings are segmented into projections that align with the modular rhythm of the surrounding historic architecture, while the inclusion of terraces and balconies creates a dynamic silhouette. A separate building houses the lobby of the complex. The facades feature a palette of handcrafted clinker bricks, decorative concrete panels, ornamental metalwork, and plaster. The interiors of the common areas echo the façade design, incorporating clinker bricks, natural stone, and plaster.
