This culture center is an example of harmonious collaboration of architecture and environment. The flat roof covers all the four blocks, all with different functions, and it doesn’t just become a unique public space — it is a place for walking and a logical extension of the embankment of the Meshcherskoye Lake. This enhances the connection between the public venue and the natural environment but also makes the city center more accessible both for the locals and tourists.
