About the project
The building of the theater outlooks the street on the one side, and reaches the road intersections at the corners.
Its appearance was inspired by Benois Business Center and the Königsberg Stock Exchange. Walls have special places for theater-related figurines, sculptures, bass-reliefs, and announcement posters.
The entrance groups are niched behind the colonnade. Windows resemble vertical openings between the curtains. Galleries run along the inner perimeter of the theater, its major stage located in the center, and the minor one — at Level 1. The 2nd floor houses a coffee shop and a theater museum. Paintings by modern artists are exhibited inside. The attic embraces creative studios.
