The Damavand Villa project faced a strange challenge from the beginning. The land measures 20 x 40 and has a height difference of 12 meters along its length. In this project, all our efforts were aimed at seeing a different project by optimally using this slope.
The entrance to the building takes place from the 0.00 level, the user enters the building after crossing the side of the garden pit and with the feeling of being suspended, which is created by the entrance bridge, and this feeling is reinforced in the interior plan.
In the general form of the Damavand project, the result is a layered layer of cubes that defines the spaces.
On the upper floor (entrance ground floor), all spaces are built for guests, and in the negative space we see a private environment for the host.
In all the bedrooms, there is a view of the site and the landscape of the area, and we create a different sleep for the residents.
