About the project
The name of this development refers to the famous Parisian Manhattan – La Défense, a contemporary business estate at the outskirts of Paris. The same combination of elegant classics and trendy business style became the basis of this project. Two unique arch-shaped buildings resemble the large arch at La Défense, a modern interpretation of La Grande Arche de la Défense by Johan Otto von Spreckelsen. The space between the arches is a promenade with a gallery, a fountain, and a colonnade, ending with spectacular stairs, leading to the next architectural group – a square with a perfectly accomplished courtyard, closed off to vehicles.
