About the project
Walking through the desert is a serious challenge for both the tourists and the locals. The surrounding grounds became an inspiration source for the façade design, as well as the project in general.
The laconic shapes repeat the sands of the desert and hide within green oases – a retreat from the scorching heat.
Villas A and B are the single complex with an internal boulevard and a car passage. Within, owners and service employees have different routes to follow, so they do not meet at the site. Roofs of the villa resemble flying carpets from the Arab fairy tales, and the edges of the main façade are chamfered, which makes them glisten under the sunlight as sharp scimitars.
