About the project
The apartment of approximately 80 sq meters comprised of a kitchen, living room, dining room, master bath, two bedrooms including a master bedroom, and master closet. I utilized a in-ground mechanical system to heat, cool, and dehumidify the ambient. With the latest mechanical system we were able to obtain extreme efficiency classifying the residence a category A4. As we enter the residence you are greeted by a large slab of marble with green accents illuminated by a mobile hanging from the ceiling that illuminates also the entrance to the residence along with shelves and a guest closet and a substantial wall finished with Sahara Noir marble. The lighting fixtures are positioned to differentiate areas of day and night.
