About the project
At the design site, most of the former industrial buildings were demolished for a new multifunctional space to be designed, offering zones for living, working, and having rest.
The to-be Kantemirovskaya Metro Station will be accessed right from the main square, comprising a commercial center, a building of the Higher School of Economics, and a business center designed along with the residential estate.
The residential block will comprise two seven-storeyed buildings and a business center in a cylindrical section. At the bottom floors it is adjoined by shop premises, and higher – by various offices. The 6thand 7thfloors will house two-level offices. The 7thfloor of the business center will have exits to the terrace for the office workers to have a break.
The above-the-ground parking is intended for visitors and workers of the building center and the local residents.
