About the project
The author was inspired with one of the districts of London, and Docklands, a business-class development, appeared in the former harbor at Vasilievsky Island. Mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation, VRV conditioning, smart heating system, sealed and durable façade, and enhanced sound insulation – these are the highlights of this place.
The lobby and apartments boast panoramic windows, ceilings up to 3.1 m, open Danish clinker brick masonry of the walls, and sustainable finishing materials. Lobbies are adorned with pictures by emerging local artists. At the finished building there is a yard closed off to vehicles and a small park with perennial conifers.
