About the project
For the project, the architects needed to develop a landscaping concept and harmoniously fit it into the existing environment. Austere brick facades are complemented with Nordic pine woods. Finishing elements comprise natural materials and textures, as well as soothing colors in accordance with requirements of the loft style aesthetics.
Much consideration was given to playgrounds. Children’s playgrounds are equipped with European equipment, all made of safe eco-friendly materials. Playing modules follow the concept of Nordic woods and provide a natural space for playing and learning the world.
Grown-ups are offered comfortable leisure zones, as well as places for meeting friends in the open, equipped with benches and garden sofas, suitable for use all-the-year-around. Thanks to functional equipment and well-planned zoning, every resident and guest of this apart hotel will be able to find a leisure to his or her liking.
