About the project
The landscaping project is based on the European approach, ensuring there are various environments within: for work, leisure, and doing sports. The site will comprise a patch for mini football and basketball with viewing stands and a bicycle parking; a street café with collapsible roof; an open coworking zone; private rest zones with picnic umrellas; children playgrouns; and outside workout sites.
The park zone will mainly feature conifers, and in the coworking zone flower pots of Corten steel and concrete will be installed. Moreover, bushes and grains will be planted in wheeled industrial barrels.
In every structure, preference is given to natural materials and textures, and the color pallet contains soft hues as required by the loft aesthetics.
