About the project
The task was to reconstruct a historical tenement house and to design a section residential building to use the site more advantageously. The project was designed, harmoniously fitting into the existing development, its appearance matching the adjoining buildings. The project provided for accessible roofs (public and private), a winter garden and an underground parking with independent entrance and exit. At the ground floor, offices and a coffee shop are designed.
