About the project (provided by the applicant)
This project of a two-storey complex with beautified grounds was created by a student. The author wants to connect the public center with the main pedestrian walkway that runs all along the settlement. The walkway reaches the level of 8 thous. meters above the ground level. Local citizens can use it to get to the main building of the public center, or to go down to the landscaped pier.
