The “Dom Form” aparthotel marks the developer's debut in the elite segment and stands out as a unique project, not only in Tyumen but throughout the Urals Federal District. Located in the historic center, it offers views of the embankment and is surrounded by the city’s cultural, business, and gastronomic hubs, as well as 19th-century architectural monuments.
The design of the building harmoniously integrates with its surroundings, enhancing its image as an artful addition to the cityscape. The rhythmic contours of the building echo the meandering river, establishing a visual dialogue with the embankment. Each floor of the aparthotel features a distinct shape, reminiscent of natural waves, ensuring no two are alike.
Dynamic architectural lighting, embedded along the perimeter of each floor, transforms the building’s appearance, creating varied impressions as light patterns shift. The façade is made of fiber concrete, mimicking the texture of natural stone while offering better resistance to moisture and temperature fluctuations. Large sections of the façade are glazed with golden anodized aluminum frames, with the glass changing shades according to the sun intensity.
