About the project
This qualifying paper provided for a peculiar and dynamic space with remarkable image, capable of maintaining cultural recreation and education of the young. At this venue, there will be a place for active work, private meetings with friends, any creative activities – in tight connection with nature and innovative technology. This space can become a new carte-de-visite of the Petrodvorets District.
