About the project
Hill Park is a series of houses with rooftop gardens and similar design located in one of the suburbs of St. Petersburg.
The project aimes to take traditional Scandinavian green roofs to a new level of quality. As a result, they all feature cozy gardens and parks. Every single detail is thought out: the plants, zoning, lighting, stairs, terraces, and safe railing. On the rooftops there are solariums, swimming pools, patios, barbecues, summer kitchens, rain shelters, swings, lawns, fruit and ornamental shrubs, perennial flowers.
Customers are offered turnkey houses with designer furniture, lamps and fireplaces in the same style.
