About the project
The building comprises two rectangular blocks, is L-saped, and forms a private courtyard. Entering the house through the main entrance, you find yourself at the border of two levels, which is the result of the existing level drop.
The ground floor comprises an kitchen integrated with a sitting room and a diner, a staff room, a gym, a sauna, a swimming pool, two terraces, and a garage. The 1st floor houses bedrooms and is a private zone only for the residents of the house.
Interior and exterior finishing uses timber and natural stone of moderate hues. A ventilated façade is clad with heat-resistant wood. In the east, there’s a roofed summer terraced with a view of the beautified courtyard.
