About the project
The new business class development will be located on the picturesque shore of the Petrovsky Island. The project provides for three residential blocks of 7 and 9 storeys high with a heated underground parking space of 395 cars. The business class estate Peter’s Highlight will comprise 365 apartments of 43 to 284 m2. The facades will feature the Dutch style, clad with lining handmade brick, natural stone and stained glass, highlighting the status of the project.
Thanks to its unique location, the development offers great perspective views of the Gulf of Finland and the Malaya Neva.
The estate is scheduled for commissioning on Q4 2021.
