About the project
The three-storeyed house of about 400 m2 stands on a small site with expressed terrain. The ground floor houses a sitting room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor comprises two bedroom, each of them – with a private bathroom. At the second floor, there is a roomy studio with a mini kitchen and an independent bathroom. Thanks to the panoramic glazing, it makes you feel floating over the woods.
On three sides, the site borders on architectural shapes of retaining walls and green hedges. On the side of the yard, the site is adjoined by a deep ravine, where a great sight-seeing platform was arranged, offering a view of the opposite slope, covered with woods.
On the side of the terrace, there is an L-shaped swimming pool with hydromassage.
