About the project
The highlight of this apartment in the out-of-town Flora & Fauna development at the shore of the Ob River is its ceilings of 5.5 and 3 meters, which facilitated the designers to arrange an extra mezzanine floor with the study and the rest room, thus increasing the living area by 26 m2.
All the rooms feature the similar color palette – thus, they are seen as something integral. Materials and furniture of the same brands in different parts of the apartment contribute to the trick, too.
