This villa is located on a site of 1+ hectare and comprises the master house, the guest house, and the wooden bath house. The natural terrain was preserved, and a car shelter was arranged at the top level.
The house features the Nordic style with many typical elements, which make it vivid and unique. It draws the eyes and leaves no one cold. In the back of the house, there’s an extensive patio with an overflow pool, soft furniture, and a large arbor with a summer kitchen within. At a lower level, a fruit garden was set up, which leads to the guest house, designed as a rustic home with rough walls and reef roofing.
