About the project
The 1st floor of this 750 m2 house comprises a combined sitting room, a kitchen, two diners, and a study with a library. There is also a guest bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom. At the 2nd floor, there are four bedrooms for the owners and their kids, with all the necessary facilities, too. The basement houses a home cinema, a gym, a sauna, service premises, and a laundry, as well as a passage to the swimming pool.
The designers tried to consider tastes of all the family members. The interiors feature a perfect blend of conservative preferences of the parents with modern trends appreciated by the young. All the joinery, mosaics, and art paintings were designed specially for the project.
