About the project
Instead of dozens of cars, residents of apartments will see woodlands from their windows. Tall full-grown trees will be planted out in the central parts. On the structure above the parking plants with horizontal root system will be planted – brushes and field herbs, typical for north latitudes. Children’s playgrounds and workout zones will be provided all across the yard premises at variously diametered circles. Sports grounds will comprise a basketball and mini football field a volleyball site, and a workout zone with fitness machines.
During winter, the basketball field will be used as a skating rink. Topographic inequalities can be used as natural slides.
