The primary focus of this center is to create an enjoyable environment where elderly individuals can gather, socialize, and spend their daily lives with friends while having their specific mental and physical needs met. In accordance with this vision, the main idea behind the design is to bring together various functions around a central courtyard. The building has been divided into four distinct sections, each surrounding the central courtyard: medical, educational and gym facilities, a dining hall, and a living room. Additionally, the second floor houses a computer lab, a barber shop, a training space, and eight suites available for temporary use. Alongside the central courtyard, a front yard and a terrace accessible from the living room are designed to provide outdoor spaces for relaxation and leisure. These combined elements aim to create a comprehensive center that not only accommodates the needs but also enhances the overall quality of life for the elderly community.
