About the project
The fundamental objective of the project is to create an atmosphere of creativeness and to establish an interactive space within a library.
There are other places for the young to hand out in this district, but this place will be a much higher level one. Today, there are no venues for art lovers in the district, and it is high time we had one. The new format of the Esenin library will ensure a cultural reset and become an attraction site for citizens of all ages, interested in creation and collaboration.
